Carpenter Required – Cornwall

Experienced Carpenter required in Cornwall to work on reactive social housing maintenance. You will be doing all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix carpentry repairs and maintenance work.

This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary up to £33,500 per annum plus a van and fuel card and other company benefits including generous holiday allowance.

Carpenter Multi Trade Day to Day:

• Various reactive carpentry maintenance work on domestic properties
• Working alongside other trades
• Reporting to the supervisor on progress
• Travelling to different sites in Cornwall

Carpenter Multi Trade Requirements:

• Good carpentry experience 
• Previous experience working within social housing
• NVQ in Carpentry Level 2 or above 
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be required
