The Opportunity
We’re working with a leading tier one property services contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality refurbishment and maintenance programmes across the UK. They are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving team based out of their Brentwood office. You’ll play a key commercial role across two major Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) refurbishment contracts valued at approximately £15 million annually, split across Essex and North London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-term programme of works with strong pipeline and continuity.

The Role

• Commercial management and cost control across SHDF refurbishment frameworks
• Management of subcontractor accounts and contract administration
• Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts
• Working closely with operational teams to drive performance and profitability
• Client liaison and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at senior level
• Strong background in refurbishment or social housing (ideally SHDF or energy efficiency programmes)
• Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites
