Mechanical Bias Engineer – Enfield and Surrounding Areas – £43,000 to £48,000

We are recruiting for a Mechanical Bias Engineer with strong electrical skills (18th Edition qualified) to carry out maintenance work across commercial sites in Enfield and nearby areas. This is a mobile role offering an immediate start, with overtime available but no call-out rota.

Responsibilities:

• Planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical systems in commercial buildings

• Minor electrical works (18th Edition qualified)

• Working on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves, pipework, and water systems

• Supporting air conditioning systems including split, VRV/VRF units where required

• Carrying out diagnostics, fault finding, and pressure testing

• Delivering high-quality maintenance services across multiple sites

Requirements:

• Mechanical background with electrical knowledge

• 18th Edition qualification

• Full UK driving licence

• Previous experience in commercial maintenance and building services

• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
