Senior Contracts Manager – Social Housing (Planned Works)
 Location: Hertfordshire 
 Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 + Benefits and Car Allowance 

A leading housing provider/main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to deliver planned maintenance programmes across their social housing portfolio.

The Role:

You’ll manage multiple planned works contracts (Cladding and Retrofit Works), overseeing delivery teams and ensuring projects run to time, budget, and quality standards. The business is looking for someone ready to step up and take on wider operational responsibility in the near future.

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planned works programmes across multiple sites

• Manage site teams and subcontractors

• Maintain strong client and resident relationships

• Ensure compliance, quality, and budget control

• Support strategic improvements and team development

About You:

• Experience in social housing planned works

• Strong leadership and programme delivery skills

• Ambitious and ready to move into an Operations Manager role

• SMSTS and relevant construction qualifications preferred
