The Company

Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in and around Southmapton & Portsmouth area. This particular role is focused on bathroom fitting. You will be required to fit a bathroom within a 3 day period and then buddied up to fit another one in a 2 day period on a weekly basis. 

The Role

• Multi Trade construction & maintenance

• Receive & complete works via PDA device
• Bathroom Fitting
• Carpentry, Plumbing, Wet room installation

Skills & Experience

• Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
