Build Recruitment are proud to be representing a leading social housing contractor based in the London area who are looking for a highly skilled Gas Contract Manager to join their team.

Key Attributes:

• Social Housing and Gas Breakdowns, Compliancy, Installations and Cyclical Maintenance background.
• Operational management experience/service delivery in Gas delivery – managing operatives and subcontractors’ performance and KPIs.
• Valid competency in Gas service delivery.
• Passionate about service delivery, employee and resident engagement.
• Can do attitude and attributes perfected to deliver first time fix solutions.
• Delivering a compliant, safe and resilient service.
• Delivering services within budget.
• Strong track record of managing multi-site workforces.
• Good project management skills.
• Good communication skills e.g. ability to communicate with different stakeholders at different levels.
• Ensure best practice prevails throughout the Region’s activities

Key Knowledge:

• Social Housing, Building Contractor and local authority industry knowledge
• Excellent leadership skills
• Proven Gas experience
• IT Literate
