Our client, a market leader in the refurbishment and maintenance sector, is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in Slough. The Role:

You’ll be supporting the delivery of commercial functions across a wide range of social housing projects, including:

• Damp & mould remediation

• Disrepair works

• Voids refurbishment

• Reactive maintenance

Working closely with Project Managers and Senior Surveyors, you’ll assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and subcontractors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role (preferably in housing or maintenance)

• A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A proactive approach and willingness to learn
