Floor Layer – South Wales

Experienced Floor Layer required in South Wales in social housing properties. 

This is a permanent role paying £34-35k + holidays, van and a fuel card and other employed benefits. 

You will be working with a very well respected maintenance contractor who have a local office and continuous work. 

Floor Layer Requirements:

• Good experience laying vinyl flooring
• Prep work
• Maintenance on floors in social housing properties
• Good with customers
• Social housing experience would be a bonus
• Full UK Driving licence – you will be driving to various properties in the works van
• DBS will be carried out
