Role: Site Manager

Hourly rate: £27 – £32phr

Location: Birmingham

Contract type: Temporary

Build recruitment are proudly working with a large social housing contractor to recruit for an experienced Site Manager working on a Fire door contract.

Day to day duties:

Implement framework and be committed to achieving Zero Harm on our Construction sites

Undertake all Quality management in accordance.

Plan and manage the works on site

Manage the site to ensure all workflow is running smoothly.

Skills and experience required:

Asbestos awareness

Gold CSCS/SMSTS/IOSH

Experience in social housing

Experience with Fire contracts

Experience in planned works and NetZero
