Multi Trade operative for reactive maintenance work in Westminster

We are looking for a Multi Trader Operative that has experience within the social housing sector to join a busy repairs and maintenance contracts.

Carpentry or Plumbing background essential, fencing/replacement of rainwater goods/overclad, experience in window care/repair, brickwork, pointing, rendering, plastering, paving desirable

About You

Candidates will hold a relevant City and Guilds or NVQ level 2 qualification in a core trade with addition secondary trade skills and have excellent working H & S knowledge. Customer focused with experience of working in occupied properties, you’ll have a passion for completing high-quality repairs on time, first time. Ideally holding a Blue CSCS card.

– expertise in multiple trades such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.

– A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements.

– Previous experience in maintenance and building environments, ideally within commercial or residential sectors.

– A HSE understanding

– Full UK Driver’s License

– Previous use of handheld technology / smartphone

– Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard

– A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service.

– Minimum 5 years of experience in the building industry

– City and Guilds qualifications or equivalent
