Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing (Tier 1 Contractor)
Location: North London (2 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Benefits

Are you a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in the social housing sector? Join a leading Tier 1 Property Services Contractor and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality reactive maintenance works across the social housing refurbishment market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of projects with an annual value between £5m and £15m.
• Manage all financial aspects of reactive maintenance works, including cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of cost control and commercial management.
• Lead a team and provide mentoring and guidance to junior surveyors.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the social housing or property services sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the NHF Schedule of Rates
• Ability to manage a range of projects with a significant financial value.
• Strong knowledge of reactive maintenance and refurbishment processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
