Multi Trades- Plasterers and Tilers

Croydon

£20 per hour plus van and fuel card

We are looking for two experienced multi trades in plastering and tiling for a social housing contract in Croydon.

You will be completing routine property repairs and maintenance as well as kitchen and bathroom installations. Ideal candidates must hold a NVQ or equivalent plastering or tiling qualification plus be able to tile and decorate.

This is a permanent opportunity but is initially offered on a 6 month temp to perm contract. A van and fuel card are provided, along with hand tools. 

We’d love to hear from experienced trades that are qualifies to NVQ or City and Guilds level in plastering, that are also skilled in general property maintenance.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure either a permanent role or a 6 month temporary contract where you will be paid weekly and have a van and fuel card provided.

You will need:

• Full UK manual driving licence
• Previous experience on a similar contract
• Relevant plastering NVQ or City and Guilds Qualification
• Clean DBS
