What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the financial aspects of responsive repair projects in the social housing sector.
• Supporting senior surveyors with cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Working closely with contractors, housing associations, and local authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitoring progress and providing regular reports.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in quantity surveying, ideally in the social housing or maintenance sector.
• Knowledge of responsive repairs and associated cost management.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote role.
• Relevant qualifications or working towards RICS membership (desirable but not essential).
