Carpenter Multi Trades

Croydon

£20 per hour plus van and fuel card

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Multi Trade with experience within the social housing sector to join a busy disrepair team in Croydon.

You will be completing routine property repairs and kitchen and bathroom installs.

This is a permanent opportunity but is initially offered on a 6 month temp to perm contract. A van and fuel card are provided, along with hand tools. 

We’d love to hear from experienced trades that are qualified to NVQ or City and Guilds level in carpentry, that are also skilled in general property maintenance. Ideal candidates will be able to install kitchen and bathrooms, tile, plaster, lay vinyl flooring and paint.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure either a permanent role or a 6 month temporary contract where you will be paid weekly and have a van and fuel card provided.

You will need:

• Full UK manual driving licence
• Previous experience on a similar contract
• Relevant carpentry NVQ or City and Guilds Qualification
• Clean DBS
