The Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for a Voids Supervisor to join our clients team within the Responsive Maintenance division. Based in the Croydon office, you will manage one of our social housing contracts, overseeing reactive maintenance services to ensure the highest standards of delivery for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure high-quality service delivery by managing work scheduling in line with company procedures, standards, and SLAs

Represent the company at client and resident performance meetings, as requested by the Operations Manager

Manage the responsive repairs function to ensure consistent performance and adherence to targets

Effectively manage material costs, ensuring compliance with all relevant processes and procedures

Monitor work quality through inspections, reports, KPI analysis, and customer satisfaction surveys

Lead and support the development of your team, determining optimal staffing levels to meet service requirements

Requirements:

A full UK driving licence

Strong communication skills with the ability to solve problems, multitask, and meet tight deadlines

SMSTS/ SSSTS or IOSH certification

Prior experience in responsive maintenance is essential for this role
