We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Working Supervisor with an electrical bias for a commercial space in Marleybone. The ideal candidate will have the right attitude, be willing to roll up their sleeves, and oversee one engineer. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support one engineer in daily tasks.
• Perform electrical maintenance and some mechanical work as needed.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance works
• Ensure all electrical systems are maintained and functioning properly.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues promptly.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and management.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance with some mechanical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Flexibility and willingness to take on various tasks.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• No call-outs
• Small amount of weekend overtime (1.3 / 1.8 times pay)
