About the Company:

Build Recruitment is working with a well-established Social Housing Planned Works contractor, seeking an experienced Site Manager. The company specialises in delivering high-quality refurbishment projects for social housing properties.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee a scope of works that includes kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes. The role will be based in Coventry and will last for 2 weeks as a holiday cover.

About You:

• CSCS Gold or Black Card
• SMSTS and First Aid certified
• Experience in social housing refurbishment projects
