Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Refurbishment business for a knowledgeable and driven Site Manager to join our dynamic Partnership team in the Coventry area. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of refurbishment projects, ensuring compliance with company HS&E policies, current legislation, and budgetary constraints. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive working environment through effective communication with all team members and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Quality Installations: Oversee high-quality installations on site, following the PAS2035 framework.
- Effective Communication: Foster open and effective communication with all members of the contract team and residents.
- Strong Leadership: Act as a visible and supportive leader for all operatives and sub-contractors.
About You:
Experience and Skills:
- A proven track record of successfully managing workloads within planned maintenance programmes.
- Strong understanding of internal and external programmes, building regulations, structural principles, and PAS2035/2030 (2019).
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retrofitting social housing occupied properties.
- A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
