Day to Day:

To oversee repair works on housing where materials have been used incorrectly and need replacing.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Good general knowledge of building and construction
• Ability to assess the quality of work and liaise with contractors on site
• Hold weekly site meetings reviewing the project progress
• IT literacy and excellent communication skills
• Ability to write a report to evidence the project progress
• Full UK Driving Licence
