Multi trade – Cornwall

Experienced Multi trade required for social housing maintenance work on properties around Cornwall.

This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate. 

After working temp on £22ph for around 3 months you will be offered a permanent contract where the salary will be £33-34,000 per annum + holidays and van.

Multi trade Day to Day:

• Going to various social housing properties to carry out all aspects of maintenance work
• Sites will be mostly voids but there will also be some reactive works 
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Tiling, Carpentry, minor Plumbing, Painting etc

Multi trade Requirements:

• Good multi-trade experience
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Driving license and own vehicle and some tools
• Happy to be adaptable to the work that comes in

You will be required to get a DBS check if you are successful for the role. 

This is an exciting role with a busy maintenance contractor.
