Are you a Compliance Administrator looking for a new opportunity? Build Recruitment are  seeking a detail-oriented individual to join one of our clients team on a temporary basis. 

Key Responsibilities Include:

– Assisting in the delivery of administration work to ensure compliance with statutory obligations.

– Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for building safety services.

– Collaborating with Compliance Managers to provide effective services.

– Completing follow-up tasks related to Legal, Health and Safety, and regulatory responsibilities.

Experience Required:

– Minimum GCSE grade C in English and maths.

– A level standard education or equivalent.

– Desirable: Relevant administration qualification, VRQ/NVQ level in compliance, IOSH Managing Safety certification.

– Previous experience working within a compliance framework.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with housing-specific IT systems.

– Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, meeting deadlines effectively.
