Key Responsibilities:

– Manage work scheduled on social housing reactive repairs 

– Oversee responsive repairs to meet performance targets consistently

– Efficiently manage material costs and ensure process adherence

– Monitor work quality through inspections and customer satisfaction surveys

– Lead, manage, and develop your team for optimal service provision

Requirements: UK driving license, excellent communication, problem-solving, multitasking skills, and prior experience in responsive maintenance with a minimum SSSTS qualification.
