Are you a skilled roofing professional with expereince working in Social Housing? We’re seeking a dedicated Roofing Supervisor to join a company on their repairs/maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee roofing projects in social housing properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of roofers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct thorough assessments of roofing needs, develop repair plans, and provide expert guidance on materials and techniques.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and housing authorities to coordinate project logistics and ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain meticulous records of project progress, materials usage, and budget expenditures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to roofing work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifcations:

• Must have SSSTS
• CSCS Card
• Asbestos Awareness 
• City & Guilds / NVQ – Roofing 
• Driving License
