Electrician

Salary: £35k plus company van and fuel card

Area: Cornwall

The Company:

Build Recruitment are working with a national facilities group to recruit an experienced electrician / electrical engineer to join their team working on a repairs contract in Cornwall.

This role is offered on a permanent basis with a company van and fuel card, plus the opportunity to earn extra via the on call rota.

You will be providing electrical repairs and maintenance across a range of commercial and domestic properties including care homes, supported living accommodation and hospitals.

This role will suit an experienced electrician with experience in commercial and domestic work.

Ideal candidates will be based in Cornwall and will be expected to cover all of Cornwall.

Main responsibilities:

Electrical repairs and maintenance.

Working in void or occupied properties, commercial and domestic settings.

You will be familiar with routine preventative maintenance and reactive works and be able to manage your own workload and work to deadlines. 

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Full driving licence 
• 18th Edition
• Able to work on your own and as part of a team

This role will require a basic DBS check.
