No.1 Site Manager required

I am looking for a Number 1 Site Manager to lead the build of a new Community Youth Centre. 

It’s a design and Build contract around £3.5m. Demolition of old building and complete construction of new one.

The Site Manager will need to demonstrate previous experience in delivering similar projects where you have led the design and build successfully, along with H&S, daily/weekly progress reports, competent at reading drawings as project evolves to problem shoot and plan ahead 4-6 weeks. Be a confident and strong voice on site managing trades and keeping producivity as best you can.

The Site Manager will have worked as a standalone site manager on a range of project values of £2-£8m and be commercial builds, the client will consider new build housing experience but the former is preferred.

This is a permanent role paying up to £65k plus package and is an immediate start – Interviews will be held next week with a view to start on site asap.
