Job Title: Mechanical Bias Engineer (18th Edition Qualified)
Location: Mobile – Enfield and Surrounding Areas
Salary: £43,000 – £48,000 per annum
Employment Type: Permanent or Temp-to-Perm
We are recruiting for a Mechanical Bias Engineer with strong electrical competency to join a growing and forward-thinking building services company. This mobile role covers commercial sites in Enfield and nearby areas, with no call-out rota and plenty of overtime available for those who want it.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and repair of mechanical systems across commercial properties

Minor electrical works (18th Edition qualified)

Working on AHUs, FCUs, pumps, pipework, valves, and water systems

Supporting air conditioning systems (split, VRV/VRF where required)

Conducting pressure testing and diagnostics

Delivering high-quality PPM and reactive maintenance
Requirements:
-
Mechanical background with electrical knowledge

18th Edition qualified
-
F-Gas qualification beneficial but not essential
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Experience in commercial facilities maintenance

Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
