Carpenter Multi Trader

Build Recruitment are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Carpenter for a job opportunity covering domestic properties within East London and surrounding areas.

This position will provide a van, fuel card, specialist tools and materials.

Responsibilities of the Carpenter Multi Trader:

Completing planned and reactive buildng maintenance and repairs as a Carpenter.

Also udertaking minor building repair works under the following trades:

• Painting and Decorating
• Plumbing
• Tiling
• Flooring

About you as the Carpenter Multi Trader:

• Recognized qualifications in carpentry (ideal)
• Experienced in a variety of maintenance trades such as plumbing, carpentry, brickwork repairs, painting, and decorating
• Well-versed in building regulations and safety standards
• Organized, punctual, and dependable
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
