The Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for a Plasterer to join our client’s team within the Responsive Maintenance division. Based from the Lambeth office, you will be working on a social housing contract, delivering essential reactive maintenance services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out repair and renewal works to a high standard

Advise the Supervisor promptly when additional trades are needed

Work independently on specific tasks as required

Collaborate with other operatives to complete projects efficiently

Accurately complete daily work sheets, documenting work undertaken and materials used

Work in a timely and productive manner to meet program deadlines

To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills. You should be able to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship. A high level of productivity, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service are essential.
