The Role

• Carpentry biased along with – fencing, replacement of rainwater goods
• Window care / repair, brickwork, pointing, rendering
• Plastering, painting, paving

Skills & Experience

• City & Guilds Level 2 Carpentry (Minimum)
• Blue CSCS
• Social Housing experience preferred
• Full UK Drivers License
• Own Cordless Power Tools

• 25+ Days annual leave + Bank Holidays
