Carpenter and Plumber Multi Trades

NW London

£20 per hour plus van and fuel card

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter multi trade and a Plumber multi trade with experience within the social housing sector to join a busy repairs and maintenance contract in NW London

You will be completing routine maintenance.

This is a permanent opportunity but is initially offered on a 6 month temp to perm contract. A van and fuel card are provided, along with hand tools. 

We’d love to hear from experienced trades that are qualifies to NVQ or City and Guilds level in carpentry or plumbing or painting, that are also skilled in general property maintenance.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure either a permanent role or a 6 month temporary contract where you will be paid weekly and have a van and fuel card provided.

You will need:

• Full UK manual driving licence
• Previous experience on a similar contract
• Relevant carpentry, plumbing or building maintenance NVQ or City and Guilds Qualification
• Clean DBS
