SITE MANAGER – Commercial and Industrial construction – long term contract – mid-Cornwall

This is an exciting opportunity for a security cleared Building & Construction (commercial and industrial) SITE MANAGER to work for a major, established construction company specialising in a broad range of projects including building and infrastructure. This opportunity will require security clearance and UK citizenship.

Duties include:

• Standard Site Manager duties
• Managing health and safety on site
• Working with the site teams
• Holding progress meetings
• Reporting to your Contracts Manager
• Working with the Senior Management Team
• Ordering materials
• Assessing progress and planning works

Must have requirements:

• SMSTS, CSCS, 3 day First Aid at Work
• BPSS security clearance or equivalent + UK citizenship
• Good positive attitude to work and resilience 
• Driven and motivated
• Experience managing commercial or industrial building and construction sites

Competitive day rate offered on a long term contract. Attractive pipeline of local, future projects secured within the group.
