£20 per hour plus van and fuel card

Temp to perm opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Plumber Multi Trade with experience within the social housing sector to join a busy disrepair contract in Lambeth and surrounding postcodes.

This is a permanent opportunity but is initially offered on a 6 month temp to perm contract. A van and fuel card are provided, along with hand tools. 

Ideal candidates will be NVQ qualified in plumbing and be multi skilled in carpentry, tiling and small plastering work. The Disrepair Team mostly work on kitchen and bathroom refits so you will need to have experience completing full bathroom and kitchen refurbishments.

You will need:

• Full UK manual driving licence
• Previous experience on a similar contract
• Relevant plumbing qualifications- NVQ or City and Guilds
• Clean DBS
