Principal Civil Engineer – Water Sector

We’re looking for a Principal Civil Engineer to lead the design and development of wastewater treatment plants and water infrastructure projects. In this role, you will oversee site layouts, drainage systems, structural components, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. As a key leader, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to innovative, sustainable solutions in the water industry. We are looking at applications from Principals and Seniors who may be looking to take the next step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead designs for wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, reservoirs, and flood prevention systems.
• Conduct hydraulic, structural, and environmental analyses.
• Manage design calculations, specifications, and reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
• Support construction activities and resolve design issues during implementation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering (Chartered Engineer/PE preferred).
• 5+ years’ experience in civil design and water projects.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., HEC-RAS, EPANET).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainable design practices.
