Finisher/Snagger 

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for an experienced finisher/snagger for contract role in Sheffield. Experience in social housing maintenance is desired but not essential. Candidates will be multi skilled and be joinery bias.

The Job and duties of Finisher/Snagger operative 

• • Undertaking repairs and renovating rooms 
  • bringing properties up to the required level for sign off
  • Painting and decorating
  • Multi skilled operatives must be experienced 

   

Requirements for a Multi Skilled Operative 

• • You will need a Full UK driving license 
  • Proven experience in the maintenance sector
  • Be able to provide at least two working references
