Role: Project Administrator
Location: Kilburn Square Office NW6 & Staples Corner Offices NW2
Type: Temp to perm
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Salary: £15.18ph umbrella rate
Main duties:
- To assist in providing a variety of planning tasks for the project team.
- As a Project Planner, you will be at the heart of our team, playing a key role in the successful delivery of our SHDF project.
- You will work closely with various stakeholders to plan, prioritise, and sequence works.
- To work as part of the team on the SNG project making appointments for Retrofit Assessments & Designs, Scaffolding installations and Strikes, EWI / IWI / Solar PV / Loft / Ventilation planning and installations, liaising with site team and supply chain
- Keeping site trackers up to date with planned works
- Updating the external works tracker to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
- Keeping the scaffold registers up to date
- Making the relevant survey appointments for the SHDF programme and uploading all Trackers onto SharePoint.
- Creating and maintaining information on systems and databases & entering & maintaining efficient filing systems.
- Communicating and liaising with internal team members as required
