Job Title: Multi Trader

Location: Eastleigh 

Hourly Rate: £24 per hour

Salary: £36,600 + benefits

Details of this Multi Trader Role:

As a Multi Trader you will perform maintenance duties within the social housing sector and represent your employer professionally. This Multi Trader role involves managing your own daily assigned jobs, starting from your home. Tasks include all aspects of carpentry repairs and replacements of sinks water tanks, and kitchens.  In addition to carpentry you will have associated skills and experience in basic plumbing,  tiling, painting/decorating and patch plastering repairs..This Multi Trader role is a temporary to permanent position and will expect you to have effective communication skills, have experience of working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment including a knowledge of a varied housing stock.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Multi Trader:

• Kitchen fitting 
• Basic Multi skills 
• Experience in residential properties.
• Good social skills
• Good customer service
• DBS check ( We supply)
• Drivers License
• Qualifications
