Glazing Multi-Trade required

Location: covering Hastings and surrounding areas doing Maintenance Repairs.

I am looking for an experienced Glazing Multi-Trade for a permanent contract with a leading contractor in the social housing industry.

Immediate start available and usual 8- 9 hour day 5 days a week. Mon-Fri – Company uniforms will be supplied.

The Glazing Multi trade will receive a permanent Salary up to £34k plus Van & fuel card Driving, license checks will be carried out (no more than 6 points)

We are looking for a Glazing Multi-Trade to join our in-house planned maintenance repairs service in East Sussex.

It is essential to have a manual driving license to carry out this role and you must have your own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed) and be experienced with PDA reporting apps on phones and tablets.

Glazer Multi’s must be confident with all window repairs, be able to carry out other domestic property repairs for example changing tap flexi chords to making a door close properly and everything in between. If you have worked in this industry you will know.

We will expect you to have effective communication skills, have experience of working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment including a knowledge of varied housing stock.
