Day to Day:

Overseeing NHS based contracts, providing M&E planned and reactive maintenance across Cornwall.  Leading a team to identify works required and repair, supervising works.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• NVQ level 3 in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Facilities/ maintenance technical experience
• Experience of managing a small team including contractors
• Flexible working arrangements available
