• Tap changes
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Responsive maintenance.
• Drainage
• Unblocks
• Leak detection
• Multi skilled

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Carpenter

• Experience in residential properties.
• Good social skills
• Good customer service
• Asbestos awareness certificate
• DBS check 
• Drivers License
• Qualifications
