The Company:

Build Recruitment are working with a national facilities group to recruit an handyman for a static maintenance role in St Austell.

This is an exciting role in which you will be joining the contract in it’s initial stages and the role is offered on a permanent basis.

You will be providing general routine maintenance and routine checks such as emergency lighting etc.

This role will suit an experienced handyman looking for a static role with no travel.

Experience working within the health care sector would be beneficial but is not essential.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• Ability to get to site in St Austell each day.
• Some general maintenance skills

This role will require a basic DBS check.
