Carpenter / Joiner

Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter for repair work within domestic properties, covering Welwyn and Hatfield area.

The Carpenter will be a van-mobile operative, receiving a van, fuel card, and any specialist tools required.

08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the Carpenter / Joiner:

• Perform inspections and repairs on wooden fixtures within domestic properties
• Diagnose and resolve carpentry issues
• Install new wooden fixtures and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory of materials used
• Uphold safety standards and provide tenants with guidance on carpentry safety practices

About you as the Carpenter / Joiner:

• Experienced Carpenter
• Recognised carpentry certificates (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
• Full UK Driving Licence
