Position: Site Manager (Ten Year long framwork)

Location: West London 

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 Plus Package £5.9k car allowance 

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

About the Role of a Site Manager:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to join our Residential Solutions Team. This role involves supporting the delivery of a new contract within the Residential Team, ensuring successful project completion from start to finish. works include external retrofit work and internal soundproofing.

Key Responsibilities for a site manager:

• Lead and oversee residential refurbishment projects, ensuring operational and commercial goals are met through effective management of site teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute site delivery strategies, from pre-commencement to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce SHE policies and Project Lifecycle Management procedures, ensuring compliance from all employees and subcontractors.
• Act as a mentor, line manager, and escalation point for site teams, staying informed about relevant legislation and sharing knowledge to aid team development.

What We’re Looking For in a site manager:

This role is ideal for you if you have:

• Significant experience in leading large-scale site deliveries.
• Proven experience in delivering Energy Company Obligation (ECO) works.
• Strong track record in managing site budgets and schedules.
• Demonstrable ability to lead site teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce reports for senior management and clients.
• Expert knowledge of NEC and JCT contract conditions.
