I looking to speak with Planners and or Senior Planners, to join a reputable Tier 1 contractor based out of their Manchester office. The ideal Planner will have:

• Experience working in Pre Con and live construction teams.
• Experience in delivering schemes from £20m+ in value.
• Comfortable in providing detailed reports to Senior Management.
• Experience using the planning tool – Asta.
• Used to working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a can do, dynamic attitude.
• A change leader who can initiate, implement and deliver change within their function.

The ideal candidate will have experience in various sectors including but not limited to Residential, Commercial, Hotel, Education, Healthcare.

The salary on offer is up to £75,000 + £6,00 Car Allowance & Package, depending on experience.
