3 month contract with possibility of extension
Build Recruitment is working with a valued client to recruit a Repairs Caseworker to join a busy Repairs team focused on delivering high-quality, customer-first services.
The role
You’ll be the key point of contact for repairs cases, keeping customers informed throughout their journey while supporting internal teams and contractors to resolve repairs efficiently. You’ll manage complex and escalated cases, coordinate access and appointments, oversee short-term decants, and analyse performance data to drive service improvement.
Key responsibilities

Manage and update repairs cases using digital systems

Liaise with surveyors, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Handle complex, high-risk and escalated repairs end to end

Support complaints, SARs, and personal injury claims

Proactively manage purchase orders and performance reporting

Keep customers informed and agree programmes of work
About you

Proven experience in customer service within property maintenance/repairs

Comfortable managing high volumes of work under pressure

Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Confident using digital systems (e.g. Microsoft CRM)

Good understanding of repairs obligations and GDPR
