At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is a leading Facilities Management organisation and they looking for an experienced Planner to join their team based in Manchester. The successful Planner will have FM experience and will have great organisational skills and be able to work well within a team.

Job Description:

• Allocating and scheduling work for mobile engineers across multiple regions.
• Prioritising tasks based on urgency, location, and resource availability.
• Maintaining accurate scheduling systems and resolving conflicts proactively.
• Communicating clearly with engineers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Supporting reporting and performance tracking related to resource utilisation.

Requirements:

• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing demands.
• Strong Excel skills for data handling, scheduling, and reporting.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A calm, proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Experience in FM operations or workforce scheduling is a plus.

Pay rate is £13.37PH PAYE

Office based Monday – Thursday and work from home on Friday.
