Junior Facilities Contract Manager
Location: London (covering 4–5 commercial buildings)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
We are seeking a Junior Facilities Contract Manager with a strong background in hard services to oversee a small portfolio of commercial buildings in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their FM career and gain more responsibility within contract and building management.
Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day management of hard services across 4–5 buildings

Work closely with on-site engineers and contractors to ensure planned and reactive works are completed on time

Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and contractual standards

Assist with managing budgets, purchase orders and contractor invoices

Attend regular site meetings and produce reports on building performance and maintenance activity

Build strong working relationships with clients, building occupants and service partners
Experience Required:

Previous experience working in a hard services or technical facilities role (e.g., FM Helpdesk, Maintenance Scheduler, Assistant Contract Manager, or Engineering background)

Understanding of planned and reactive maintenance processes

Strong communication skills and ability to work confidently with contractors and building users

Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities across different sites

IT literate, with the ability to produce reports and maintain records
