Administrator – Recruitment Support
Hybrid / Head Office (1 day in the office – Wednesdays)
£26,000 per annum
8:00am – 5:00pm
12-week contract (ASAP start, potential to extend)
We are looking for an experienced Administrator with strong recruitment administration experience to join a busy recruitment team. You will be supporting a high-volume function, managing up to 80 vacancies per week and ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly from start to finish.
This is a hybrid position with one day per week (Wednesday) based at the head office, and the flexibility to work from home or from other offices on other days.
Responsibilities include:

Providing administrative support to the recruitment team throughout the hiring process

Managing and updating candidate records using Talos (ATS system)

Liaising with hiring managers and candidates to coordinate interviews and communication

Maintaining vacancy trackers and assisting with weekly reporting

Supporting onboarding and compliance checks when required
Requirements:

2–3 years’ experience in a recruitment administration or coordination role

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Confident using applicant tracking systems (Talos experience desirable)

Available to start as soon as possible and commit to a 12-week contract with the potential to extend
