Role: Resident Liaison Officer

Hourly rate: £19.05

Location: Carlisle

Contract type: Temporary

Build recruitment are proudly working with a large social housing contractor to recruit for a Resident Liaison Officer working on an exciting Retrofit contract.

Day to day duties:

• Responding to residents’ questions and concerns through email, phone, or in-person home visits
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents to ensure smooth project progress and resident satisfaction
• Addressing any issues that may arise

Skills and experience required:

• Asbestos awareness
• Experience in social housing
• Must be car driver and car owner
• Has experience working on a Retrofit contract
