Location: London, Outer Regions (mobile)

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Full-time, Permanent

Full UK Driving License Required

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Ground Source Heat Pump Service Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in the renewable energy sector with a company focused on quality, innovation, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain a variety of ground source heat pump (GSHP) systems
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across domestic and commercial systems
• Perform testing and inspections to ensure system performance and efficiency
• Liaise with clients, management teams, and manufacturers
• Produce accurate service and repair reports
• Support commissioning, aftercare, and management teams with technical expertise

Requirements

• Proven experience in heat pump servicing
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Confident working on large systems
• F-Gas certification
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good knowledge of UK building methods and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
