Multi Trade Operative – South Bristol

We are working with a busy maintenance contractor to recruit experienced Multiskilled Operatives to work on void social housing property upgrades. 

This is a contract role for around 3 years all being well. 

Rate is £23ph – paid umbrella CIS or PAYE through us as the agency.  

You will be doing maintenance work on social housing properties. You must be able to do all aspects of maintenance work in multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting and patch plastering, some kitchen and bathroom fitting if you can.

We need to put together a gang of 2-3 people for this role. Multi skilled and Painting etc. So if you work with another Multi or trade we can look at that.

Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:

• Going to sites in BS14 and BS4 to complete property renovation work in social housing voids
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, decorating etc.
• Reporting to your supervisor 

Multiskilled Operative Requirements:

• Good multi-trade experience
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
